All of Frontline apart from 4 people affected. All TAM's apart from 1 affected. CSM's, CritSit's, Management affected.
None of the Escalation Engineers were affected.
Is this the same in other locations?

Email from TK stated that they were going to outsource and work with "partners" to rehire some of those impacted.
aka. fire a employee and rehire them through a staffing agency. I'm confident the people going through HR meetings are being presented with a lackluster severance package OR a brand new shiny job offer at "slightly" reduced wages and benefits of course..
"Man, and I thought Alpharetta was supposed to be one of the hubs we were keeping. I wonder if they are going to shut the office down and allow remote work for those remaining people."
Not sure what the point is of even having the Alpharetta office anymore. Who's actually left in Alpharetta now that would go into the office? I can't see them keeping that location after this.
How on earth are CSG going to maintain a support service without front line in FLL, Dublin, and Alpharetta - outsourcing, mass hiring in BLR, or a hugely degraded service?
Same in FTL. Just 1 or 2 people left for front line teams. Very few Escalation lost. For those remaining there’s just deadpan silence. No instruction on what happens next. Guess we’ll learn tomorrow.

32 roles going in UK .. across depts
Alpharetta has 4 people left. 4 managers gone, dunno about TAMs count but most of them... CritSit, like 90% of the office or something. Escalation engineers all look like they're at least... here.
