Just saw that the new President NA will not report to Bjørn. I am reading this as demotion in importance/significance of the US Market in leadership representation at the top - or am I reading this wrong?: "Miller will be based in Portland, Ore. In this role, Miller will be tasked with overseeing operations in the United States and Canada, and report to Arthur Hoeld, Adidas executive board member responsible for global sales."

This has always been the case, nothing has changed
The markets job is: advertising, sales, pushing product. This is sales and logistics. Not worth a CEOs time… they already take direction from sales leadership.
this is normal and has always been this way. NAM is a sales market, not something a CEO should deal with.
yep. MDs normally report to the head of sales. Nothing has changed.
Bjoern has enough on his plate with all the BUs reporting directly to him…I’m very curious if and when we’ll have a new CMO…
Countries never reported into ceo. Same situation
