HA hired under sub standard requirements, performance evaluated using sub standard criteria by sub standard advocates, and will be rewarded for sub standard results, not fired, which would dismantle the whole equity and empowerment agenda.
Sell the truck? You can't even give this truck away. And HA does nothing but think about HA. Worst case of self-promotion I have ever seen and SM just sits back since he is just a nice guy in way over his head but he is making so much money why should he care.
When she finally gets the boot it will be amazing to think about how HA took a highly functioning PM org and ran it into the dirt.
The only thing HA is good at is promoting HA. Unfortunately leadership and the bod don't see through it. Or maybe they do but they know they're on the Titanic and Teradata is a one way cruise at this point.

Sell what’s on the truck has become quite profound. Because that was all we had, and a signal not to expect any new truck or cargo. She really is all virtue, pandering and ego. Very poor.
Fact is that Teradata will never make it back into the leaders quadrant.
The gaps between the leaders and the rest will grow. In a few years we'll see an animation of the quadrant over time and it will show Teradata sinking and fading off the chart altogether

Only history will show her failures. It won't show her successes because there are none.
HA did nothing for this place. Anything done benefits itself and anyone but this place. HA is much busier promoting HA, than resigning or hiring technically competent people, like in this video:

According to her at DCT, she likes winning and she likes money, which makes it all so much better, doesn’t it ?
One would think one of her KPI's would be for the product to remain in the leader's quadrant.
If she has missed on that KPI then remove her. She has stifled innovation, removed the great thinkers and creators within the company and put her own "yes people" around her who don't know aything about the industry we are in. The outcome was predictable. Whilst our competition race ahead with innovation, our product remain stagnant and our financial results suffer as a result.
Customers now have a wide range of choice out there and the ability to switch is fairly easy with compatible standards. If our product is below the rest, then our customers will go elsewhere for a product that meets their needs which they are doing. We are shrinking as a result of a bad product!
Surely she should know her gig is up. How much longer can she pretend whilst everyone around her knows she has failed.
