Everyone will be replaced.
The TSEs in Cairo will be disappearing before long. Cork will have to take care of the weekends. We were informed that the pay and perks are excellent, so much so that we're not even inclined to seek additional earnings on weekends.

And, don't forget, this will get worse, everyone must work a weekend in Cork. Ask your senior manager, they will confirm it. I can't wait to leave and get out.
