how broadcom can make almost everyone from vmware feel hopeless, with a lot of money/rsu invested on vmware people?
people just come to collect paycheck, do nothing, and look out for opportunities
it is not a good deal for broadcom
eventually will be lose - lose for all

This is what a restructuring disruption looks like, and yes it isn't pretty.
Broadcom leadership will continue to make changes to the VMware status quo that has created the current situation. Look at what HT has done to our Partners. And, this is just the beginning of more changes to come as Broadcom Software extracts more profit from the installed base of customers. This is Hock's historical playbook. No surprises here.
They fired a lot of good smart hardworking folks and kept many duds and managers. Broadcom deserves the people they kept. Lol
