I am so overworked that I have no capacity to decide whether I hope to be sacked or to keep working. They cut jobs, then expect from those staying to work for two or three people. It’s chaotic, exhausting. The incompetent management treats company like lego sets, employees like lego pieces. And they play all the time like 3yo.

I mean no disrespect, but if you are overworked, it's because you are allowing yourself to be overworked.
Do 8 hours for pay and leave.
If they want you to do more, inform them that you would be happy to do so.
But, you can only work on one thing at a time, and every thing will be slowed down. Deliverables will be produced at a slower pace because you cannot do the work of 2 or 3 people at the same pace as 2 or 3 people.
When you reach 8 hours in a single day, go home.
The worst that can happen is they will fire you.
But, there is always a chance that they will fire you because the profit was lower than what was desired.
Conversely, allowing yourself to be overworked does not magically protect you from being fired because the profit didn't meet expectations.
They will fire you just the same.
Protect yourself.
Work 8 hours and go home.
Do your hours, then stop and look after yourself.
Don’t ki-l yourself for these people. Keep your health up and try to keep the attitude up. Don’t give them any more time/energy than you think reasonable. This company is not the friend to its workers.
And this is only the beginning of Hock’s saga.
