Secretly, I would like to get layed off ideally with a severance package. However. Can’t volunteer because of fear of losing unemployment benefits because I might be marked as a volunteer quit. Can’t quit because I need the money. So here I sit still working hard for 2U and waiting to see what happens while working on my resume and and keeping my eyes peeled for a better opportunity. Just keeping it real.

ID: @3uye+1quIgv4S 2 weeks pay for every year served and 3 weeks lead time pay because the state required employees get notice 3 weeks out which didn’t happen. Employees were cut off the same day they were layed off.
what is the severance package like for those that were let go last round?
Be careful what you wish for. I've applied for over 150 jobs since being laid off in Oct. No luck yet.
