It could be all levels. But heard it will start from SVP C14 - C11.
MDs are definitely still "in play," but not enough of them.

No, MD's are still in play. There will several cuts announced (including MDs)

I have already seen people from all levels gone. So I think it is more about specific teams, rather than levels now ...
