This Board would suggest turmoil at Fiserv is widespread but Clover metrics are going gangbusters. Can't all be bad?

Clover is a First Data Product. Frank will not let it die
All publicly available data (online reviews) rank Clover top or high. Why is almost everyone so down on it? How exactly are we massaging the numbers? You'd think we'd take pride in a product that's winning in the market.
Clover is so bad it’s going to need a Four Leaf Clover (pun intended) to survive.
Assume you mean literally on fire and on its way to ashes. Clover does not function dependably. Square and Toast will prevail in the long run.
Clover is the only product with decent support. They never get cut while other areas are running on less than a skeleton crew. That has been FB plan from the beginning. To dump cores and focus on payments. He’s made that painfully obvious in his town halls.
Dumpster fire maybe. My friend who owns a small business went with Clover and the first 4, count them 4, POS devices they sent didn’t work. They told her to just throw them away instead of return them. That tells me there is a known issue. Another friend and business owner uses them and said it doesn’t track inventory right. Both are looking to get out
Are you referring to the company that had <30% of the survey answers be positive about RTO and said it was a sign people wanted to be back in the office?

Clover metrics are distorted. The complaints about Clover itself are copious. Merchants complaining sales reps lied about the product to get the sale , merchants angry because it doesn't accurately reflect inventory and on an on. That's the turmoil. The complaints about Clover suggest the only fire regarding it is a dumpster fire. Metrics are skewed and smoke and mirrors.
It looks nice and sounds like a great product, just ask the sales people. However a lot of business owners are not happy with it for multiple reasons. I do agree it looks nice though.
