No there are more Abolishments versus open jobs this go around.
Were there too many empty maintainer positions to fill again? Gotta laugh at the problem solving of when they cant voluntarily obtain employees to occupy some of these jobs. Force someone to a location they dont want to be at, force responsibilities upon them they dont want and/or arent ready for, keep piling more and more tasks on those positions, offer inadequate to no training for all those tasks and responsibilities. Then try to force these guys to always be available at locations they dont want to be in to do jobs they dont know nor want to do. The icing on the cake is when one of these employees asks a manager how to do something and the managers answer is “figure it out”.
Looked like Zone construction gangs AND some support two man gangs.
Where? Was it construction gangs? Maintenance people?
