Overall what does 3, 4, 4 rating means? Is client and franchise outcomes considered in the overall rating? And does this means overall 4 rating?

4-Rating in at least 3 Categories means PIP. The rate of PIP failure is 90% which means 90% of those placed on a PIP eventually get fired because of the PIP. Your only option now is to search for a new job outside of Citi because once you're on a PIP, you're excluded from eligibility for applying for internal jobs. Viewed another way, you only have a 10% chance of successfully beating the PIP. This is NOT worth the time, effort, stress, mental, emotional and physical anguish to stay in a job or company that does NOT want you.

How bad is a 3,2,2?
Yea the first one is leadership
Second is risk and control
And third is client and franchise outcome.
So not sure if it's just considered 3,4 or 3,4,4. Such a weird performance review system
Sorry, forgot to mention that it also means that if you have received a 4,4 rating then you get no bonus and no increase. At least that was the case when I gave out the 4,4
Having put someone on a PIP last year - it's a 4/4 rating that does it.
So is 3,4 pip?
you first rating is what it is. The second rating is all three rating averaged. Based on yours you have a 3.6 which rounds to 4. So you have a X / 4 rating as you haven't indicated what the other rating is.
Thanks. Yes it is confusing. So overall a 3,4 is not good.
You will have 2 numerical ratings on your review history. The first is Leadership, the second is everything else.
I know its confusing because when your manager goes over everything they rate you in more than 2 areas.
