Frank's personality is so toxic that anywhere he has goes turns into superfund site.
Layoffs will continue into 2024. There will always be a threat for layoffs. Unrest. Constant pursuit of making BIG!! money for the BIGS. It will persist.

A Google will tell you that it is a Superfund location. Put this into Google and read for your self. "Is Berkeley Heights a superfund site"
