The rumor is that layoffs will happen on January 10th. Can anyone confirm?

Are we supposed to receive the webinar emails today or tomorrow?
Anyone in Dublin got the email?
This is the most cold hearted way I have ever seen Citrix do a layoff. They do not deserve the people who have been grinding day in and day out. I split a while ago but I do have some friends left in there and honestly. Good luck to everyone.
Can't You See......
I'm gonna take a freight train
Down at the station, Lord
I don't care where it goes
Gonna climb a mountain
The highest mountain
I'll jump off, nobody gonna know
Can't you see, whoa, can't you see
What that Citrix, Lord, its been doin' to me?
Can't you see, can't you see
What that Citrix, its been doin' to me?
I'm gonna find me a hole in the wall
I'm gonna crawl inside and die
'Cause my lady, now a mean ol' woman, Lord
Never told me goodbye
Can't you see, oh, can't you see
What that Citrix, Lord, its been doin' to me?
Can't you see, can't you see
What that Citrix, Lord, its been doin' to me?
I've gone to buy a ticket now, as far as I can
Ain't a-never coming back
Ride me a southbound, all the way to Georgia now
'Til the train, it run out of track
Can't you see, oh, can't you see
What that Citrix, Lord, its been doin' to me?
Can't you see, can't you see
What that Citrix, it been doin' to me?
As sent to all employees this morning…
All,
As I shared in December, we had an extraordinary first fiscal year as Cloud Software Group, but there remains much opportunity for improvements in our business.
As such, our goals for the 2024 Annual Operating Plan were two-fold. First, continue to drive our BU-led business model further integrating development, Go-to-Market and support resources. Second, better position us to scale with end-to-end software and business operations capable of supporting our BUs as we look to start to acquire other businesses and drive further ARR growth.
The results of our 2024 plan, however, will result in role eliminations beginning this week. In most cases, those impacts occurred where teams or roles have come together into new organizations or functions, and role eliminations align to the new scope or charter of those orgs.
For many of the roles we are eliminating this week, namely in Operations, Security and IT functions, we have engaged with partners to outsource roles that are best performed by them in the long term. Additionally, our partners will rehire some of our impacted employees to better support outsourced services to Cloud Software Group.
We will begin notifications and consultations for anyone whose role is being eliminated on Wednesday, January 10, where legally permissible. This will be for anyone exiting immediately or being asked to stay for a transition period.
If your role is being eliminated, you will receive a calendar invite to attend a webinar, where your leadership will share information concerning your separation. After the webinar, unless you are in a consultation process or transition, you will receive the specific details of how the company will support you.
As a reminder, Cloud Software Group information on your devices, even if it is your own device, is the property of Cloud Software Group. You are not permitted to retain any Cloud Software Group information following the end of your employment with Cloud Software Group. This includes downloading copies of Cloud Software Group files to ShareFile, USB devices, or other personal devices or cloud storage accounts. Violations of this policy will result in termination for cause and loss of severance compensation and benefits.
I will cover all of the 2024 AOP outcomes and our 2023 results at the All Hands Meeting on Thursday, January 11.
To those impacted, I want to personally thank you for your contributions in 2023. Please know that your work was meaningful, and as such, all impacted individuals will receive a discretionary payment equal to the 2023 Corporate Incentive Plan ("CIP") payment that you would have earned if you had been actively employed by Cloud Software Group on the CIP payout date. The discretionary payment will be calculated using the corporate financial and individual performance criteria specified in the CIP, and will be paid (less applicable taxes) to you in conjunction with your severance payment as set forth in your separation documentation.
I acknowledge that organizational changes are difficult, but we are continuing to build something new, and that requires these difficult decisions.
F-kc you,
Tom
All proposed changes are subject to consultation with employee representative bodies or local consultation procedures where applicable.
TK has his company all-hands on Thurs 11th, so that is probably timed to quickly sweep lay-offs under the carpet.
"As you know, some of our colleagues were impacted yesterday..."
Yes, layoffs will be this Wednesday.
Yes, that's correct layoffs in small batches have been ongoing over the year. However, the layoff coming this week or next is wider.
Like, on the 1-year anniversary of my layoff? How sweet!
As opposed to all the other rumors?
And what do you mean, "the" layoff? There have been non-stop layoffs for a year.
