I left Citi and never looked back! Got a better job with better pay and benefits. It took like 7 months to complete the entire hiring process which was painful but it was all worth it!!

You are competing with 1000 for 1 position. So when did you last interviewed?
There are 100,000+ companies looking for financing and tech background. Just we need to find right fit. You need a list ?

Good luck. You're competing with thousands for one position. Not hating, but truth. I'm looking myself, but not expecting to find anything right away.

Get ready for the haters chiming in. This is how it will play out.

You’ll have peeps chiming in with “why leave, you’re an id--t. You should wait until Citi offers you a severance, you’ll be missing out on all that money” and if you do wait you may or may not get an offer.

It’ll be the same people years later saying “anyone with any brains or marketable skills would have left a long time ago” all the while selectively forgetting that they advised you not to go to begin with.
