From a Compensation perspective how will bookings be considered after 22nd Nov? Will BC pay based on VMware H2 Conpensation Plan or based on the new plan/new offer? Any guidance from the US on those that have accepted BC Offers? In EMEA we haven’t received offers yet, December was a very “productive” month in terms of bookings and many AE’s, under the Compensation Plan they signed with VMware for H2, have reached above 100%. In EMEA if not paid according to plan AEs could engage legally again at BC to claim unpaid commissions (Germany, France, Spain, at least). Any insights relevant to build the legal case if needed.

comp plan pretty much always says all payment is at discretion of the company.
from one sales person to another, good luck, hope they pay you.
it's a bit weird EMEA sales folks didn't have clarity on the comp plan while closing these deals.
here in AMER, the message has been clear.
Many pushed everything back as far as possible.
You knew it and signed it, expected our well paid AE’s to be a little wiser.
You should discuss this with your sales leaders rather than a public anonymous forum.
