Thread regarding PayPal layoffs

Not another lay off post....

Hi, I've heard rumours of redundancies in EMEA the end of January. Has anyone heard anything credible?

no surprise. new CEO was appointed to do anything may rise stock price and will butcher, as usual employees will pay for the many strategy failures of executives who got golden exits. long term it may not even work as the company missed so many boats.

No layoffs yet.... but new shifts have just been announced for customer services where weekly shifts will rotate... Could be wednesday to Sunday one week, Tuesday to Saturday the next... Nothing on the actual hours themselves. But employees have been told any PTO scheduled will be cancelled , and to organise shift swaps. Not cool
