Prob Callon’s compensation is less competitive and Apa will continue to find ways to reduce Apa’s.
Cost cutting will clearly be the emphasis. If the Callon pay scales are lower, there’s little doubt that many ‘overpaid’ APA employees will be replaced. The only loyalty is to others on 14.
