I am shocked at these comments. Did u not see the results. They were favorable. Yeah right. What a joke that they have to tell you the results anyway. I just do not know how they survive. Oh yeah all the competition is the same and screwed up as well.

No one that i know ever dare the truth on the surveys. They are a micromanagement tool to find the people who want to vent, then remove them from the company.
Afterall, we do like our manager, and he/ they are not apart of the strategy whatsoever.
All the issues period are from the plan BCG sold Sycamore= $$$. SLT no say, mgmt no say, just follow the BCG sad plan.
Guys no idea, because we don't get the real data, we may be making them huge sums of $$$.
The surveys are about as useful as trump university and with equally fabricated outcomes.
Anyone who gives or gets a favorable knows how to play the game and these surveys are a game that brings no change and is a pulse check to see how hard you can get the team to work and deliver MORE.
Don’t know how the results are favorable when everyone I talked to gave the lowest marks!!!
