Does anyone know what bonus for rating 3/3? Is it around 1 month salary or even less?

The most I've received with a 3 rating was around 4k before taxes.
What will be received every year is always unknown until your review. I have received no bonus before with a 3 rating because Citi claimed to be going through hard times financially.
My review is scheduled for next week so I'll see what $$$ Citi gives this year. My expectations are low.
It will depend on role/sector. In my side of the forest we get 1% or less for a 3 grade or if you got a 2 it could get up to 1.5%. Yeay!
In tech it could be as low as 1%.
It depends on the department/part of the bank. If you work in retail, probably. People in the investment bank will get much more than that...
Less. Who knows this year, a few k at best.
