Dear Senior Leaders - GROW UP. When we cut people, which is often and our own faults as leaders, why don’t we tell people?!? We act like resources just never existed. Amateur hour leadership.

Perficient leadership is best of inbreds, at best. The reason our leaders stay here is that they wouldn't survive at a real company with ethics and a functional HR system.
