A nursing home in Lewiston, New York, owned by one of the country's largest nonprofit Catholic health systems, is set to be sold.
Ascension Living, a senior care and living provider that is part of St. Louis-based Ascension, confirmed that it has entered into an agreement to transfer ownership of the 250-bed Our Lady of Peace Nursing Care Residence in Lewiston to a private group called OLP SNF OPCO LLC.
