The uncertainty about what comes next is stressing me out, making it difficult to concentrate. I'm committed to the success of this place, but the almost worthless stock ( lost over $30,000. I know I am not the only one and financial losses are making it crucial for me to understand the future. I'm trying my best and need clarity. I hope we get it this month from leadership. I don’t know how promoting some leadership into even higher positions, with higher pay, is going to solve the debt problem 2U has.

I mean Harsha is out and that’s a pretty good chunk of change. Also- no one above Director level got bonuses last year and likely won’t this year. If people did get them at lower levels it was to keep them happy- not bc we qualified under contract bc company did not hit or exceed targets and technically there shouldn’t be bonuses if it doesn’t. 70% is high- but that’s zero if we don’t pull out of this. Also- there hasn’t been a “the buck stops here” role for either segment for way too long - meaning it’s all just been finger pointing. When everyone leads, no one does. Whether it’s worth the money or not- I’m happy to see leadership create in some accountability at the highest levels.
Unionize! This levels the playing field for the grunt workers.
They both are making $450k base even though the company is going down the tubes. Welcome to America everyone🤡
I’ve been stressed about the shoe dropping since the last round of layoffs. But leaders will dance around the fact that more layoffs are coming and basically say su-k it up
Professional grifters at work. Anyone who’s an underling at 2U or a stockholder is a chump. The clock is ticking for this place.
Both are eligible for up to 70% of their base pay in bonuses. Thoughts?
It's so stressful. I'm an AC that has been here for enough raises that I make over 85k. Where tf am I supposed to go if I get laid off? Not sure what job I can get in this market that will give me a competitive offer.

Do you have a link to the SEC filing for the new hires?
I couldn't agree more. I was very disheartened to read the SEC filing and the salaries/bonuses for Andrew and Aaron. It's like salt in the wound. I can't even get a 60K/year head approved.
