Will a kick in the butt count ? That will raise you a bit ...
Don't want to contribute to inflation by giving everyone raises.
Ah - raises? " Sawan answered, his high-pitched voice cracking in disbelief. "Don't talk about – raises?! You kiddin' me? Raises?!
I can confirm team leads do not know all the details. I am also in P&T. There is a lot of stress about budget cuts all around.
I don't think the team leads know anything yet. My understanding is that this still hadn't gone to the NL staff council before Christmas, so it will take some time before the plans are released.
Being in P&T in US, I would be happy to just keep my job. Looking grim at the moment. My team lead has been distant, keeping quiet kind of avoiding me. Not sure if just busy due to new year or I am getting laid off soon.
I am not expecting much either. I would be happy with enough of an increase to cover my monthly insurance premium.
Not expecting much.
1cent per gallon off at the pump.
- 5% - not expecting much if at all especially for those over 100% PIR.
Minimal raises, as people should feel lucky to still be employed…
A hearty handshake, plus an encouraging “please begin working with your colleague to assume their duties as they’ll be gone in Q1. It’s a job enrichment and career broadening opportunity!”.
A bag of nuts more like it.
A bag of peanuts
