It's amazing the level of ignorance on these posts. I'm also infuriated that there is only a single 4 hour block during a 24hr period. But to see someone say, "outages just got longer." Brilliant dude... make it easier for management to take punitive actions against you because your outage times 'mysteriously' became elongated, and way to think about those people who may rely on network connection for medical device reasons. You're simply just a completely mo--n. Not sure how long you've been there, or what your history of performance is, but have fun with that. And in response to the OP.... Do you really think that this comes from the person you're referring to as JW? Get your head out of your stubborn mule over there. These things come from way above any local or mid management's desk. Maybe if half of you weren't a bunch of immature ingrates you'd come to learn how good you have it relative to some other companies and peers in the same positions. BUT, if its that bad, don't complain, leave, and I'm sure there are several people lining up to be in your shoes right now.

I work i the West we only get 17.87 for on call . On call pay hasn't increased in 20 years. I'm sure all their bonus increase each year. This place is a dumpster fire
