In only a few short weeks he has made some negative changes.
- Mandatory 3 days in the office for non remote workers
- Not reimbursing Cellphones for non-field staff.
Not a great start to his time.

we did'nt call him Dimwit at VMWare for nothing, unsure exactly what skills the guy has to be honest, seemingly none
Agreed, my team is spread out across several countries with half of it being made up of remote workers. One person, me, is being made to go into the office 3 days a week for the sake of "collaboration".
