2022 bonuses paid out on Jan 31, 2023. Pretty sure they were communicated maybe a week before that, so the reference to the earnings call below sounds reasonable
I never really cared that much as an aml analyst that was paid hourly. Only really got a slight pay increase. When we were salaried, we only got maybe 2k max.
No, it all relies on the Citi Fourth Quarter 2023 Earnings Call. That's when they will know what the profits are and what the bonus pool will be. Its scheduled for 12 Jan 2024 and it's always usually around that date.
