  4. Lack of respect or recognition.
  5. Too many outdated or arbitrary rules.
  6. Excessive emphasis on performance metrics.
  7. Poor work/life balance.
  8. Lack of employee growth/progress.
  9. Cliques, gossip and rumors run rampant.
  10. No boundaries from leadership.
  11. Frustration that YOU as an individual cannot change anything.
