No one has to return to work it’s your choice to walk in an office or if you’re remote hanging out at your house to turn on your computer or just quietly quit.
Waiting for Elliott to solve your problems…people please move on. Terrible Directors and Managers are not going anywhere, they will continue to sacrifice their employees to keep their own pathetic jobs. Take a look at who you work for, are they really needed, what have they taught you, do they bring any value?

It's not the pay. I make 40k more.
It's not the insurance. I pay half the cost for better coverage, 0 deductible, 0 doctor visits, family out of pocket is maxed at 1500.
It's definitely not the culture for this company does nothing with employees. No get togethers. No employee enrichment. You feel like an outsider.
It's not the managers for they are all out ro get their own and will throw people under the bus to look good. They don't care of the outcome. If it turns on them they take all your work and make you look incompetent.
It's not the drive of the company for it's bad lately. It's why I walked away today.
It's not the ability to work re.ote for you are getting pushed into offices and then pushed to move to Houston.
Those staying only have fear of losing what they are used to and the lack of real work they do. Otherwise they would be jumping too.
