Much has been said with the lack of cloud technology and the incompetent management causing endless layoffs, while workers suffer the brunt of their failed strategy and actions.
Time for action in 2024. The following needs to happen to avoid layoffs needless spending for the sake of share holders and workers.
- Admit that the TD product is a niche product, which it always has been and very good at. The TD architecture is purpose built and served its purpose. Sell it or keep it but maintain appropriate staffing for its purpose.
- Replace current B of D/ELT/SVPs/directors - they're a failure layoffs after layoffs and have done nothing but playing office, learning on the job at the expense of shareholder values and workers' livelihood. They're over compensated and time to cut the cord with least cost.
- Much $$$ will be saved with the above, hire a new B of D and technical team to do new product that leapfrog current products in market like a start up. Or, just distribute the savings and assets to share holders.
- Let the rest of the workers know how much time left before they are let go. Stop stringing everyone with false hope, lies, and expensive compensation only to lay them off surprisingly. This let people know the reality so they can make plans to move on. Anyone that stay, do so at their own risk.
Yes, it's time to throw in the towel and start over. Fail quickly and move on but more importantly, stop paying current management for same failure year after year.
