Thread regarding Corel layoffs

Alludo CEO Quarles DEI DOA

It's the end of 2023 and 1.5 years of layoffs since CEO Christa Quarles has been busy restructuring based on DEI. Here are the stats:

Diversity - Over half of Alludo's ELT is from OpenTable; all of which did not have to interview for their jobs like the rest of us. Had Andrea Johnston stayed around, the ratio would be 7:2. For now it is 7:3
Grade - FAIL

Equity - 100% of the OpenTable people who have been brought in as part of the new Alludo leadership team by Christa Quarles do not meet or surpass the experience of educations of those they replace.
Grade - FAIL

Inclusion - When the CEO makes you aware that she has hired her next door neighbor for a 2nd time with a non-advertised job and the same 'non-advertised' job courtesy is given to each person from Opentable those with the actual experience are excluded.
Grade - FAIL

Wonder how everyone's salaries from OpenTable stack against others who earned their jobs. Grant Parsamyan's hire is the sleaziest move ever. Guess he needed a raise to get into another Porsche.

Funny how Christa gave part of the CTO job as a reason for his hiring "Chief data officer Grant Parsamyan, who previously headed up OpenTable’s analytics department, joined Corel in March to lead its drive to get a better handle on how the company’s software is used and how products can be better integrated with each other."

Meh, we all know why Grant was brought onboard.
