Cheddar News is an example of what not to do. The new owners need to get rid of the current executive producers and the one manager that's still there because they are horrible at their jobs, just look at the content. Speaking of the one manager, they actually fired multiple employees on maternity leave. The same person thought it was a great idea to layoff 90% of their workforce and then do a show about teaming others up with career counselors to get jobs.
They say they are millennial news, but they have no millennials working there and they do these awful news 12 segments every other day. This company has dealt with allegations of harassment, as well as claims about incompetent executive producers and inappropriate relationships.
Altice and the current senior staff and management destroyed it. I challenge Archetype to go in and take a long look at who is working here now, and make the necessary changes to fix this operation. Hopefully, they bring in their senior editorial staff to fix the content and get away from the weird daytime talk show stuff, please get back to the REAL NEWS journalists and producers.
