I know a lot of us were burning that PTO over Christmas before bouncing this week or next? Who is leaving?

You will make more money and have less PTSD somewhere else. No harm in applying and get your sanity back.
I thought about quitting every day for the past 5 years. Hold on as long as you can for a buy out. A little severance to go with the PTSD.
Love that post! Yea payback baby! Sh---y company. Collect your for long as you can, period! The worst company ever, and they pay is Sh---y! I’m making 1/3 more else where (150K) plus 30% of staples work load - a breeze baby! This sh---y place su-ks. Worst of all times! Staples, you su-k! Go to he-l for making many lives miserable.
The majority of people employed by Staples feel exactly the same way! Good for you for speaking your truth. Bare minimum respect. Bare minimum commitment. No future here take the check for as long as it makes sense. And do not go extra mile. There is no payoff for doing it and those that did it for years have and will continue to be fired with no cause and those that will continue to get ahead is a very select few that will continue to play the game. Good for them too. Just don’t have the stomach for it anymore.
Why would I quit when I can get paid to do the bare minimum without a care in the world? I used to be a truly loyal associate. For decades, I worked long hours, brought tremendous invocations and value, gave up my personal time and energy for this company. I paid my dues. Staples could care less about my contributions and value so now I am returning in kind.
Today was my last. Started in a whole new industry. Same pay, better benefits, no bullsh-t.
No reason to quit - just waiting on a pink silp for my last day. I've done my time, paid my way. I'm not giving this POS company the opportunity to make me quit. You can pay me to leave - PEACE OUT and SAY LESS!
At least you have an avp that is engaged. Ours isn’t even in this country and completely disengaged. Brings nothing to the business.
It’s just not a company to be proud to work at anymore. No vision no strategy no competitive advantage. And no leadership left.
I would think there will be some. Others have started the process.
