Re-application and re-interviewing has been demanded by newly hired divas with the hilarious assumption that they know better than others and they want to hire themselves. Watch this turn into a circus in a couple of years or sooner. Lazy brand new hires SD, ED, VP and SVPs with a pea brain and their brilliant ideas to not do anything themselves and work others to the grave. Roll up your sleeves, do something yourself and then make demands. Hundreds or even 1000 laid off this week. Shame on you. No bonuses should be given to anyone ED and above. Their salaries need to stop and there needs to be a furlough period. Work without pay for 4 months. Don’t ruin people who don’t have as much as you.

Huge layoffs are ongoing this week The massacre started on 4/22 and will run through the entire week. These jobs will be consolidated and reposted. Employees will need to interview again for the jobs they currently hold. Time for the people in the driver’s seat to work on old grudges and fail the ones they don’t like or are insecure about in interviews. Six additional layoffs are planned this year. This treatment of people who have given so much to the org will not bring the company out of its current state. Authentic treatments that really work will. FDA is also to blame for less scrutiny across Pharma and for approving dr-gs that barely work or are worse than the ones in the markets for efficacy or safety.

I heard that thousands (correct?) were let go from cell therapy. Anyone have any additional information? Thank you.

BMS continues to layoff employees with 10, 15, 20 years of service so their jobs can be shipped overseas to India. While they can save money doing this (state/federal governments don’t penalize orgs from doing this, they even provide orgs tax breaks when doing this), the quality of work suffers greatly.
