I am not sure about cutting on outsourcing. Wishful thinking if you ask me. Citi will just cut whatever they can to survive. Onshore or offshore, full-time or consultants, it does not matter.
I’ve been told that too, that the APAC ratio was too out of whack and scaling back on those numbers was needed.
They will start trimming back on outsourcing a lot and hiring more US based employees.
