In Nov I was rolled off due a complete fiasco surrounding the skill last the client needed, analytics, and what they chose, a tech PM. Note, I had been offered 2 other projects 7/23, but RMG would not allow me to take either since they said I had been spoken for but the first client team. This is true, but the client team asked me to continue interviewing since they had not gotten a response from the client with a “clear to hire” to the project. I begged to be placed on one of the 2 other projects because they fit my skill set well. But lo and behold i was placed back on the bench at the worst possible time of the year (holidays) and at the worst possible time for TCS as well.

People in the US, this is a WARN act violation on a national and possibly state level as well. This means they gave us no warning, which is required per WARN (60 days). This means if you work in NA and your got no notice, just a surprise phone call on any date, you are due 60 days of wages.

I am not afraid of revealing my identity and feel free to text me at (832) 229-5499. This needs to be an individual complaint with an attorney but it also needs to go larger because I have been told this is an easily won class action as well.

This is a Mass layoff people and please text me so we can talk. I will respond with all of my details and we can then stand together.

And as a note I did get my 2 weeks severance and vacation balance but I got not letter from the company until about 15 days later. I have asked to review my vacation time, etc and all has fallen on deaf ears. I also filed a grievance with HR, before my last day on my project, had a poorly arranged and handled meeting and they dismissed my concerns altogether. Again, text me at (832) 229-5499 new can back each other

in response: I got my vacation days paid out but I was not provided with any severance.

Seems like theres a lot of inconsistency with how theyre handling it. Seen people say the same as you with no sev, but others that got 2 weeks. not much but still something
