Kroger is pushing corporate staff to unheard of performance goals creating stress with threats of job loss and corrective actions then they move jobs for an American grocery company overseas ( Jamaica, phillipines, Bahamas) no training in American food safety. This merger is creating stress and anxiety and needs to be stopped
"Yep, several stages. First is return to office, they expect to lose significant staff. Second is another voluntary retirement opportunity. Third is team layoffs/restructuring."
This is all plausible and in line with previous behavior. But is it speculation or from someone "in the know"?

If layoffs are too aggressive and headcount does not recover by summer 2025, the remaining remote employees will be required to move to a division office
