What's your prediction as it relates to the possiblity of Teleflex layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

Teleflex had layoffs at the end of 2024
I am a white person and I was treated so badly at the hands of a person I reported that I felt the only way out was to commit su----e. She made me feel worthless. However, I do not blame top management for this.
I think that anyone who is promoted to a position of power and has direct reports (employees reporting to them) should be psychiatrically assessed before they are promoted. Anyone that makes another person feel badly about themselves and is responsible for that person being left go from their job for poor performance which is subsequently disproved that person should be criminally charged in a court of law. Most of the time these type of people act out due to jealousy and fear.
Teleflex culture is white only and abuse minorities. Upper management gets all of the perks at the expense of the working people. Very toxic environment and you should be aware of their tactics. We are laying you off due to restructuring. That is cr-p and a line that all white people at the top know very well. Stay away from this company
