Mckesson is not making employees feel valuable. The top management does not have clear vision tries different things every year or few months causing lot of expense. There are reorgs impacting all employees. These prevent growth in right direction.

Massive layoffs. Lots of outsourcing to India.

A very large layoff will start next month we have been told today
Forced retirement for employees over 55 with 10 years or more seniority. Mass layoffs. Florida closing. If you retire you are not eligible for rehire. Sounds like 2 weeks of pay for every year employed there paid every other week not lump sum. This company is greedy AF.
