If the market makes a turn soon, do you think there will be Kimberly-Clark layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

The WI tax incentives to keep jobs in WI ended 12/31/23. I think this explains the timing of their new 2024 “restructuring” plan. Combine that fact with the language in their press release about combining North America and International sectors for Supply Chain and Finance efficiencies…. Good luck to all you Neenah folks left over from the Chicago restructuring fiasco, it looks like your jobs are about to go out of the country.
I worked in supply chain finance there. Had about 12 hours of actual work per month. My team of 4 could easily be reduced to half a person. I think the only reason most of the Neenah jobs exist is to satisfy requirements for a WI tax credit. That office is WAY over staffed.
They are implementing AI & outsourcing to India so your jobs will be going away and don’t expect them to care about you
