What's your prediction as it relates to the possiblity of Merck layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

They did layoffs on 2/21 in MRL IT. About 50 people were let go, off payroll on 3/6.
This month will be MMD.
There will be continuous rolling layoffs. Anything that is not considered a priority will be defunded and the staff released.
Fun times.
Already starting in different areas. Some groups just randomly laying off good performers, but “restructuring” the department. Other group laying off 30-50 folks at once (e.g. IT). No real announcements like under prior CEOs. Just quietly happening. Maybe RTO wasn’t as effective at getting folks to leave as they hoped it would be?
