Any of this seem familiar of your own experiences over the last 6 months......

On Friday January 12th, Wayfair Frontline will undergo a hierarchical restructure.
There are some potential changes that have not yet been confirmed, but are potentially being considered:
- Specialized teams may become redundant.
- Manager I's may be reclassified and assigned to handle calls again.
- Manager II's may be reclassified as Manager I's.
- There is a possibility of pay cuts.
- It is unclear whether this restructure is a tactic to encourage voluntary resignations in order to avoid reporting layoffs.
Is anyone able to provide confirmation or further information on these potential changes?
I've not heard anything, just feels like a collective breath being held. Typically as a manager we have our review planning started before January and the quiet on that front feels very loud.
