Bifurcated…… check out the big brain on Brett. Do you know what they call a quarter pounder with cheese in France too?

Evidence would suggest that the Tucson ADP Facility is due for a review and realignment of resources. The sales teams are disjointed with the majority of the teams concentrated in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The reality is you have a bifurcated system of education and wages in comparison to Tucson and Allentown. It is no secret that the sales force in Tucson is under-educated (no college degree) or have a McDegree but are well paid as if they hold legitimate four-year college degrees like most other Fortune 500 companies. It would make business sense to refocus resources to Pennsylvania and hire new college graduates for entry-level positions who have better skill sets than the sales team in Tucson and not pay a premium for low educational attainment. For the same amount of money (less money) you can get college-educated talent in Pennsylvania which positions ADP better for future growth with lower costs. Most C-level executives have college degrees and it makes sense you should have talent who can align on the same level otherwise disrupters will take their toll on market share, especially in the era of AI. The alignment of synergy and intellectual capital is a pragmatic strategy for future challenges. Most important the minimum wage is Pennsylvania is 7.25 an hour vs. 14.35 in Arizona which is a no-brainer unless you think the people in the Tucson call center are Stanford or MIT material, maybe Mcdonalds instead.
