1 sales manager position and 4 sales reps were laid off last week from Blue Buffalo a struggling business unit of General Mills.
Any thoughts on the surveys that are going around in the operating units? It's clear they plan on making a leadership change but not sure what else comes from it...
Talks within Minneapolis layoffs to make way for a more diverse workforce of an African American, different ethnic background, s-xual orientation or veterans to make a more robust workforce instead of focusing on skill and tallent. By using layoffs it will allow GMI to putting people into positions based on a identify classification vs skill set; this will cause massive turn over because skill set no longer matters.
I heard there were layoffs at General Mills Cedar Rapids, is this true?
