They poach other companies employees(directors,ceo.) but who doesn't. The US government sued them which cost millions like 80mil (not made in the USA). https://goodjobsfirst.org/
"Voluntary" early retirement strongly recommended for people over 55 years in age and with over 15 years service. Seems discriminatory. They'll probably make you sign an agreement to not sue them for your severance.
