It has begun.
Can confirm layoffs, # of contractors let go this month.
A FTE shared that she was surplussed… probably on Friday. Last workday is 1/26.

I'm surprised they still have contractors left. I thought they laid them all off last year. If I was still an FTE at DTV, I'm interviewing now. I expect FTE lay offs early this quarter.
Hearing DirecTV laid off some number of contractors today (1-10-24) with a final work date of 1-16-24. Unsure if FTEs are impacted yet.
Layoffs expected Jan 2024 as the company continues its decline! Save them pennies folks.
