CVS posted 2.37 billion earning for 3rd qtr. They're not losing money. They took a hit in second quarter because of planned layoff's. Karen is not a good president. She never really ran Aetna and she doesn't care about employees. She's just trying to make herself look good. Bertolini and Merlo are gone and they were more effective. New management coming in are not good and just bringing their buddies in. This will be the demiss of CVS.

They are definitely coming… CVS is having money issues and just not informing their staff during the quarterly reviews. They are painting a false picture for everyone to try and save their as--s. There are several current class action lawsuits and the company is heading towards bankruptcy. The best thing you can do as an employee is to spend some time on your resume, get your financials in order, start working towards your next move and get off the ship before it sinks. Executives don't want to cause a mass panic, that is why they’ve been so quiet with layoffs, cutting budgets, no bonuses etc.

I don't think anybody knows exactly at this point when they're coming - but we all expect them to come. They are still using us to get caught up from being short-staffed over the holidays just like they did during the pandemic. Come late winter early spring we'll see what happens. Good luck and best wishes everybody!

1q layoffs are coming. And those that survive that are full-time telework are going to be put on a hybrid schedule 3 days a week in the office. Your badge will be scanned 3 days a week and if you don't you will be put on a list for national accounts. There are no exceptions for full-time work from home coming up soon

Yes, layoffs are coming next month! CVS plays the sneak attack game, and keeps the info one big secret, then slams it down; that’s how they seem to like it! but a lot of layoffs are coming very soon! Those affected will not know until the layoffs happen!

Until each colleague gets a contract prohibiting it,, this organization will always reach for cheap and easy ways to cut their ways to projected EPS with layoffs. Focus on the things their customers want and are willing to pay $$$ for and paying existing colleagues what they are worth are outside of the C-suite mindset. He-l, transparency in pricing is only happening because Cuban forced it. So yes, layoffs are coming. It’s just a matter of time.
