How about severance?! Hear anything about that? How that’s calculated? 2 weeks per year?
They are happening, slow but steady. They are surely laying off people. There was one in March and more to come. The strategy is clear, get the CS people frustrated by treating them like 2nd or 3rd class employees and being hostile to them and they will leave naturally. If they don't they will lay you off! Start looking as there is no hope of the situation to get better.
