I was going to apply and then I checked their page on here and what I found is that they have pretty much all the same issues that we have. I don't have any other choice where I live, so that means I'm kind of screwed or I have to add at least 90 minutes to my daily commute. This is a depressing way to enter a new year...

Longtime WAG customer, and I'm shocked to say CVS stores, which traditionally have been garbage, are now better than WAG. Cleaner, better staffed, and actually stocked with product. WAG stores are embarrassing, to the point it looks like a set from Walking Dead.....barely anything on the shelves. Thanks Tracey! Maybe instead of dancing and taking selfies, you can actually focus on your JOB! Although I do notice all the LinkedIn self (and family) promos have suddenly stopped. Hmmmmm...bottom line, WAG has turned into a 3rd class retail dirty and near empty box. All of the value add features they had as a store are Gone.....Again, great job Tracey. Great job Board. Where are you Tim? Selling all my shares.....can't justify owning this piece of garbage anymore.
Not really the same for anyone who invested their career and their lifetime in the embarrassment that is now WBA. When RB came in stock was at $58/share; day she left a mere 28mths later it was $26/share. STUNNING.
CVS’ stock in comparison that same time frame: $69/share to 28 mths later… wait for it… $68/share.🙄
Agreed- for anyone STARTING a career perhaps little difference.
But for folks who devoted a career, nearly a lifetime- not the same😔 Absolutely shameful. And Brewer, once her salary, bonuses, & platinum parachute were tallied and then divided by the time she ‘worked’ there- she made $108k PER DAY. WTseriousH???
Sickening and some might argue criminal. There is a pattern to what occurred & how it occurred; it directly reflects comments Brewer made in a 2015 CNN interview.
Things are only going to get worse. Stay tuned for class action(s).
Sounds like CVS and Walgreens use the same business model. Makes me really dislike retail pharmacy. Absolutely hate working for Walgreens.
I left CVS voluntarily because of the gaslighting and not focusing on providing quality safe products at a consistently fair price using the appropriate number of people to serve customers. It's like "War Games" the only winning move is not to play (though respect and appreciating and rewarding employees isn't a game - families and individuals deserve fair pay for their efforts). Don't even get me started on the price of / quality of insurance for employees. It's just horrible, and you're well to steer clear.
