I am an OOM that was in fact an MTM at one point so I do merchandise. Not all of us are lazy. Some of us still work our butts off. I'm a former Filenes gal so I have been trained by the best and know I need to work my butt off.

An OOM doing SMM role? They have zero merchandising skills. Unless you are saying the cxms are now going to be merchandising?
I heard MBA is taking back on AYS . OOM will take on all SMM duties and SMM will now be given the CXM title . ISM continues.
