Whooey. It’s bad. No Marketing people on these threads or we’d have more about the Marketing mess. CMO is indescribably bad. You would not believe what’s going on in Marketing in the last 6 months. I give her another 6 months. ML has gotta admit the error or there is going to be a mass mutiny. Luckily Marketing does not matter that much in the grand scheme of things (vs. Product and Sales). Ask your Marketing PoC about the new CMO. And be ready for a therapy session.

Marketing being in a turmoil is an understatement. It's a complete clusterF. The new leadership that the CMO has gotten in are clueless, rude and driving the remaining good folks nuts. People are very frustrated and are already looking out. I was one of the folks impacted in the latest round. Sh---y time to get laid off.
Is there anyone left in marketing? They have made heavy cuts in every round.
